Job Description
A leading yacht recruitment company is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / 3rd Chef to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef or Sole Chef in preparing high-quality cuisine for guests and crew, maintaining galley operations, and ensuring exceptional culinary standards expected onboard luxury yachts.
This opportunity is ideal for culinary professionals with previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare meals according to established menus and guest preferences
Assist with menu planning and food presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the galley
Monitor food storage and stock rotation
Assist with provisioning and inventory management
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
Support efficient galley operations during guest service
Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards
Requirements
Valid STCW certification package
Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
Professional culinary qualification preferred
Valid passport and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong culinary and food presentation skills
Excellent hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Physically and medically fit for sea service
