Job Description

WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is recruiting an experienced Campboss to join an Accommodation Vessel operating in Guyana from mid-December 2026.

The Campboss will be responsible for managing onboard catering and accommodation services, supervising the catering team and maintaining high standards of food hygiene, housekeeping and crew welfare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily catering and accommodation operations.
• Lead and coordinate catering and hotel-service personnel onboard.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and sanitation.
• Plan and organize crew meals and catering services.
• Monitor provisions, food stocks and galley supplies.
• Ensure compliance with onboard safety, hygiene and environmental procedures.
• Maintain accurate catering and inventory records.
• Support crew welfare and accommodation services.
• Participate in safety meetings, drills and emergency procedures.
• Ensure all assigned duties are performed efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Valid Cook Certificate of Competency (CoC) – mandatory.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Passport.
• Valid Seaman's Book.
• Valid Medical Certificate.
• Valid BOSIET / FOET.
• Valid CA-EBS certification.
• Yellow Fever Vaccination – mandatory.
• Previous Campboss / catering supervisory experience onboard an accommodation vessel or offshore installation preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an offshore and multinational environment.
