Location: Europe (Baltic / EU Waters)
We are currently recruiting an experienced Camp Boss to join a DP2 Service Operation Vessel (SOV) operating in European offshore waters. The vessel is MAR-flagged, approximately 6,900 GRT, and built in 2025, offering modern working and living conditions.
The Camp Boss will be responsible for managing catering and hotel services onboard, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and accommodation services for a multinational offshore crew.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Overall management of catering and hotel operations onboard
• Planning, preparation, and supervision of meals for up to 50 PAX
• Management and supervision of galley and hotel staff
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards
• Stock control, provisioning, and cost control of catering supplies
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and crew welfare
• European citizen (Baltic nationals preferred)
• Previous offshore experience in a similar role
• Proven experience cooking for 50 PAX
• Experience working with multinational crews
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
