Job Description

BSM is seeking an experienced Camp Boss to oversee offshore accommodation and catering services. The successful candidate will coordinate daily camp operations, supervise catering and housekeeping personnel, and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate daily camp, accommodation, and catering operations.
• Supervise catering and housekeeping staff.
• Monitor food supplies, provisions, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and offshore safety procedures.
• Maintain service standards and report operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Previous offshore experience is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in camp management or offshore catering operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Valid STCW certificates, medical certificate, and other required seafarer documents, where applicable.
• A valid Schengen visa is an advantage.
