Job Description:
TOS People is recruiting an experienced Camp Boss to join a Jack-Up Offshore Unit operating in Denmark and the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accommodation services, coordinating onboard hospitality operations, and ensuring high standards of crew welfare, cleanliness, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Manage accommodation and camp operations onboard
Coordinate housekeeping and catering activities
Supervise stewarding and hospitality services
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and accommodation standards
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
Valid UK Right to Work / FWP required
Previous experience as Camp Boss required
Offshore experience onboard Jack-Up units preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good English communication skills
