Job Description:
The employer is recruiting a 2nd Commis – Baker to assist with bakery and pastry production and support the galley team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with preparation and production of bakery products
• Support the Baker and senior galley staff
• Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and work areas
• Follow recipes, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Support daily galley operations
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English
• Minimum high school education
• Age: 19–30 years old
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Relevant bakery experience preferred
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate preferred
