The Company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance Programs Continue Their Positive Global Impact

Resolve Marine, a leader in innovative marine solutions worldwide, has released its 2025 Sustainability Report. This report is part of the company’s efforts focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.

The report outlines Resolve Marine’s sustainability approach and highlights the progress the company has made over the past year. It presents data related to the UN Sustainability Development Goals (UN SDGs), specifically UN SDG 14 (Life Below Water), UN SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and UN SDG 5 (Gender Diversity). Resolve Marine uses these goals as a framework to effectively tackle some of the major sustainability challenges facing the world.

Key stakeholders involved in Resolve Marine’s ESG programs are identified in the report. It includes environmental reporting, showing that the company recovered 96,286 tons of debris in 2025 from operations in 17 countries across five continents. The report features seven projects and emergency response operations that demonstrate the importance of environmental remediation. Additionally, the social reporting section covers workforce statistics, an overview of health, safety, environmental, and quality programs, ISO certifications, community engagement, and information about the company's charitable efforts through the Mission Resolve Foundation. The governance section discusses the company’s whistleblowing policies and code of conduct.

This year’s report also features a case study on an offshore wind project, showcasing Resolve Marine’s expanding role in renewable energy.

Joseph Farrell III, CEO of Resolve Marine, stated, “Sustainability at Resolve Marine is not a separate task, but the standard we apply when making decisions. In 2025, our teams demonstrated that protecting the marine environment, supporting communities, and ensuring operational excellence are interconnected responsibilities. These results are a testament to a discipline we've developed over the last 40 years: doing our jobs correctly, safeguarding what’s important, and improving the environment for future generations.”

Daniel Dettor, Director of Business Development and co-chair of Resolve Marine Sustainability, shared similar sentiments: “The 2025 report underscores our commitment to transparency and accountability. As ESG expectations increase among our diverse customer base, we are dedicated to continuous improvement and consistently integrating responsible practices into every aspect of our operations.”
