Philippine President Skips Climate Talks to Focus on Hijacked Seafarers

Philippine Chairman Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has halted his trip to the UAE for the COP28 post-climate conference in order to carve out all available passion to negotiate the release of Filipino crew members of the Galaxy Leader ship taken by Yemeni Houthi militants on Nov. 19.
