Orange Marine enlarges its fleet
Orange Marine is a French company, which plays a very important role in building new undersea communication cables and maintaining them across the seas and oceans. This company is a leading, it engages an active work in this scope of action, also including research and shore areas. It has completed cable construction and maintenance in West and South Africa, Asia and Indonesia.
It turned out that Orange Marine chose one famous shipbuilder and also designer, Vard, to enlarge its fleet. By the way, it is not the first time they chose Vard.
The new vessel is expected to have stable modern design with all necessary equipment. Vard designed the ship to meet the operational requirements of the Orange Marine, with a focus on the hull of the ship in terms of good maintenance and low fuel consumption.
It is no great surprise that Orange Marine picked out precisely this company to expand the fleet as Vard has a great experience in this sphere. For example, recently, it engineered and constructed marine cable ships and now it is building several power cable boats.
