Job Description:
We are urgently looking for an experienced Chief Officer / SDPO to join an AHTS DP2 (Anchor Handling Tug Supply, DP2 class) vessel operating in offshore waters of the United Arab Emirates.
This is a short-term contract (60–90 days) with immediate joining. The role requires strong DP operational experience and offshore background on similar vessel types.
ADNOC-approved candidates will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Master in safe navigation and vessel operations
- Conducting DP operations in accordance with company and IMCA procedures
- Supervising deck operations including anchor handling and towing activities
- Ensuring compliance with charterer and ADNOC offshore requirements
- Maintaining safety standards and participating in drills and inspections
Requirements:
- Valid Master Mariner License (CoC)
- Valid DP Full Certificate
- Minimum 24 months of actual onboard experience on similar AHTS DP2 vessels in the rank of Chief Officer/SDPO
- Valid STCW certificates
- Valid medical fitness certificate
- Marlins English Test with minimum 80% score in all sections
- Proficiency in English
- ADNOC-approved candidates preferred

- Wages: USD 350 per day
