Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced HSE Advisor for a Heavy Lift project based in the United Kingdom. The position is scheduled to commence on 17th June, initially for a 2-week period, followed by transition into a regular 5-week rotation.
The successful candidate will support offshore heavy lift operations, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of offshore safety standards and operational risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Monitoring and enforcing HSE policies and procedures onboard
• Conducting safety briefings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
• Ensuring compliance with UK offshore safety regulations
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
• Promoting a strong safety culture across all departments
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (if applicable to offshore travel)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Must hold UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP) or be a British national
• Previous experience in Heavy Lift operations
Mandatory Certification:
• Full GWOs
• Chester Step
