Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Lift Rigger to join a Jack-up Barge in the UK. Due to project location, only EU citizens will be considered. The first hitch runs from 24th April to 6th May (travel one day prior), with fixed rotations thereafter. Candidates must have proven experience with a 2000 MT Liebherr crane and experience with heavy lift equipment and offshore structures (jackets).

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Rigging and lifting operations using a 2000 MT Liebherr crane
· Safe handling and installation of heavy lift equipment and offshore structures (jackets)
· Compliance with all lifting operations regulations, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems
· Coordination with crane operators, deck crew, and offshore management for safe lifting operations
· Inspection and maintenance of rigging gear and equipment

Requirements:
· Proven experience with 2000 MT Liebherr crane – mandatory
· Experience with heavy lift equipment & offshore structures (jackets) – mandatory
· Only EU citizens – due to project location
· OPITO Banksman certificate
· OPITO Rigger Certificate (or equivalent)
· OGUK Medical certificate (or equivalent offshore medical)
· BOSIET / FOET (valid offshore survival certificate)
· CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System)
· MIST (Minimum Industry Safety Training)
· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available for the first hitch: 24th April – 6th May (travel one day prior)
