Job Description:
WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Banksman to join a DP2 Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) operating in Taiwan. The project involves 24-hour offshore operations, and the Banksman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of three riggers. Candidates must have prior experience managing riggers on offshore vessels and hold full GWO certification. The contract runs from 6th April until the end of April.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and manage a team of 3 riggers during offshore operations
• Ensure all rigging and lifting activities comply with safety standards
• Coordinate safe cargo and equipment handling using vessel cranes
• Maintain accurate operational logs and reports
• Assist in emergency procedures and safety drills onboard

Requirements:
• OPITO Rigging Stage 3 minimum
• OPITO Banksman / Signer Stage 3 minimum
• Full GWO certification
• OGUK Medical certificate
• Chester Step training certificate
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience managing riggers on offshore vessels
