Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is looking for a POB (Persons on Board) Coordinator to join an Accommodation Vessel in Guyana on 10th June on a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Coordination and management of personnel on board (POB) for the accommodation vessel
· Ensuring accurate tracking of crew changes, manifests, and accommodation assignments
· Compliance with all safety management systems, crowd management, and crisis management protocols
· Liaising with offshore management, client representatives, and logistics teams
· Maintaining hull integrity logs and supporting vessel operations as required

Requirements:
Mandatory Certifications & Documents:
· BOSIET / FOET – mandatory
· CA-EBS – mandatory
· Passport – mandatory
· Medical Certificate (ENG1 or offshore equivalent) – mandatory
· Seaman's Book – mandatory
· Yellow Fever vaccination – mandatory
· STCW BST (Basic Safety Training) – mandatory
· Crowd Management certificate – mandatory
· Crisis Management certificate – mandatory
· Hull Integrity certification – mandatory
· Experience on vessels with over 250 POB – mandatory
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Availability: Must be available to start on 10th June for 5/5 rotation
