Job Description:
WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanic to join a Heavy Lift Vessel operating in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will join the vessel on 21st July and work on a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical faults to ensure safe vessel operations.
- Performing preventive maintenance in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting equipment issues.
- Following company HSE procedures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Valid UK working rights.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Passport.
- Seaman's Book.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- BOSIET or FOET certificate.
- GWO Sea Survival (GWO SS).
- Good English communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Mechanic on Heavy Lift or similar offshore vessels is preferred.
