Location: India / Offshore (US-bound)
Overview:
The Motorman assists engineering staff in the safe and efficient running of engines, machinery, and auxiliary systems. Ensures all equipment is maintained in good working order.
Core Duties:
Support engineers in operating and monitoring machinery
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of engine room systems
Identify and report mechanical issues
Assist during machinery overhauls and emergencies
Follow all safety and environmental protocols
Required:
Valid STCW and medical certificates
English communication ability
Valid U.S. visa
Previous offshore or engine room experience preferred
Contract Details:
Duration: Per vessel rotation
Salary: Based on experience
