Job Description:
We are currently seeking 2x Motormen / Oilers to join a WTIV (Wind Turbine Installation Vessel) operating in the United Kingdom. The position is available for ASAP joining on an 8-week contract.
The successful candidates will support engine room operations onboard a wind installation vessel engaged in offshore renewable energy projects. This role requires full offshore compliance and valid UK working rights.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assisting with operation and maintenance of engine room machinery
Supporting senior engineering staff in daily vessel operations
Carrying out routine inspections and maintenance tasks
Ensuring compliance with offshore safety procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and operational readiness of machinery spaces
Requirements:
Valid COC (if applicable)
Valid STCW certificates
Valid passport
Seaman’s book
Valid medical certificate
BOSIET / FOET
CA-EBS
GWO WAH
GWO SS
Shoulder measurement
UK Working Rights (mandatory)
Previous offshore experience in similar role preferred
