Job Description:
TOS People is currently recruiting an experienced Deck Mechanic to join an Offshore Construction Pipe-Lay Vessel / OSV. The position is scheduled to start in September and is offered on a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation, subject to performance.

• Vessel Type: Offshore Construction Pipe-Lay Vessel / OSV
• Start: September 2026
• Contract Duration: 5 weeks
• Rotation: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off, subject to performance
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Carrying out maintenance and repairs of deck machinery and equipment
• Inspecting, servicing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Supporting deck and offshore construction operations
• Performing planned and corrective maintenance activities
• Following vessel safety, HSE, and maintenance procedures
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Deck Mechanic
• Experience on Offshore Construction, Pipe-Lay, or OSV vessels
• Valid BOSIET / HUET with CA-EBS
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Good command of English
• Ability to work on a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation
• Availability to start in September 2026
