Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a qualified Night Skipper to join a Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) operating in European waters. The position requires experienced candidates capable of safely navigating and operating the vessel during night operations. The role involves transporting offshore personnel and equipment between shore and offshore installations, ensuring safe and efficient operations in compliance with company and maritime safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Navigate and operate the CTV safely during night operations
• Ensure compliance with maritime and offshore safety regulations
• Supervise deck crew and assist with personnel transfer operations
• Maintain accurate vessel logs and operational records
• Monitor weather, vessel systems, and DP (if applicable) during operations

Requirements:
• Relevant Certificate of Competency (COC) as Master/Skipper
• Valid STCW certificates, up to date
• Previous experience as Master/Skipper on CTV or similar offshore vessels
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
