Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Master for a Jack Up Barge DP2 operating in UAE waters. The project requires strong offshore experience and proven command background on Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUBS).

The successful candidate must hold a Master’s Unlimited License and a valid DP Full Certificate. Preference will be given to ADNOC-approved candidates.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Commanding and navigating the Jack Up Barge DP2 in compliance with international maritime regulations
• Ensuring safe DP operations and offshore project execution
• Managing crew performance and maintaining onboard discipline
• Overseeing safety procedures and compliance with company and client requirements
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting to company and charterers

Requirements

• Master’s Unlimited License (COC)
• Valid DP Full Certificate
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Minimum 2 years rank experience as Master on SPJUBS (confirmed in Seaman’s Book and Seagoing Record Book)
• ADNOC approval (preferred)
• Proficiency in English
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Employment Details

• Contract Duration: 42 days
• Salary: 780 – 1200 USD per day (depending on experience and approval status)
