Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Taking overall command and ensuring safe vessel operations.
- Managing navigation, bridge activities, and vessel maneuvering operations.
- Supervising anchor handling, towing, and offshore support activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company SMS, HSE procedures, and maritime regulations.
- Managing crew performance and maintaining vessel documentation.

Requirements:
- Valid Master Certificate of Competency (COC).
- Completed Dutch Law Exam.
- Previous experience on Multicat / Shoalbuster vessels.
- Proven anchor handling and towing experience.
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Strong offshore vessel command experience.
- Good English communication skills.
