Job Description:
A seismic survey project in Brazil is currently recruiting qualified maritime professionals for deployment on a seismic vessel. The operation involves offshore geophysical data acquisition, requiring experienced crew across deck, engine, technical, and catering departments. Candidates will be working in a specialized offshore environment supporting seismic exploration activities, where safety, precision, and coordination are critical to successful operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting offshore seismic survey operations and equipment handling
• Ensuring safe navigation, positioning, and vessel operations
• Maintaining engine, electrical, and technical systems onboard
• Assisting with deck operations, lifting activities, and crane handling
• Adhering to strict HSE and operational procedures in offshore conditions
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Certificate of Competency (COC)
• Medical fitness certificate (STCW)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant courses and experience according to rank and vessel type
• Previous offshore or seismic vessel experience preferred
