We are currently seeking experienced and motivated ratings to join dredging vessels operating worldwide.
The vessels are engaged in dredging, marine construction, and offshore support operations. Candidates should have relevant seagoing experience or a strong interest in dredging operations and be capable of working in a demanding marine environment with European crews.

As per company policy, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting dredging and marine construction operations
• Deck duties, maintenance, and cargo handling
• Operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Assisting with dredging systems and auxiliary equipment
• Engine room duties for engine ratings
• Catering and accommodation services (for hotel staff)
• Compliance with company safety policies and procedures
• Working effectively within a multicultural, European crew environment
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• All certificates and travel documents must be valid and up to date
• Experience or strong interest in dredging vessels
• Previous experience as Bosun, AB, Cook, Wiper, Mechanic, or Steward
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to offshore conditions
• Loyal, committed, and highly motivated attitude
• Maximum age: 45 years
