Job Description

Select Offshore is currently recruiting qualified and experienced personnel for several offshore positions. Opportunities are available in deck operations, winch operations, rigging, scaffolding, and electrical and technical maintenance.

Candidates with relevant offshore experience, appropriate qualifications, and a strong commitment to workplace safety are invited to submit their applications.

1. Deck Foreman
2. Winch Operator
3. Rigger
4. Scaffolder
5. Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Deck Foreman: Supervising deck crews, coordinating daily deck operations, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Winch Operator: Operating and monitoring winch equipment in accordance with operational instructions and lifting procedures.
• Rigger: Preparing and securing loads, selecting appropriate lifting gear, and assisting with safe lifting operations.
• Scaffolder: Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding in accordance with approved procedures and safety standards.
• ETO: Maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems and equipment.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and experience for the applied position.
• Previous offshore or oil and gas industry experience is preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates, where applicable to the role.
• Valid offshore medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant trade certificates, licences, and competency qualifications for the position.
• Valid passport and required employment documentation.
• Appropriate offshore safety training, such as BOSIET or FOET, where required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
