Job Description
A leading offshore marine company is currently seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals to join MPSV and CTV vessels operating across the United Kingdom and Europe.
Successful candidates will support offshore marine operations, vessel navigation, engineering management, crane operations, cargo handling, maintenance activities, and offshore project support while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and offshore safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for seafarers with offshore vessel experience and valid maritime certifications.

Offshore Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support safe offshore and marine operations
- Conduct navigation, watchkeeping, and vessel management activities
- Maintain vessel machinery, equipment, and technical systems
- Operate cranes and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
- Carry out inspections, maintenance, and repair activities
- Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with HSE, company, and maritime regulations
- Work effectively within a multinational offshore crew environment
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid seafarer's medical certificate
- Previous MPSV, CTV, or offshore vessel experience preferred
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Valid passport and seaman book
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in offshore environments
