Job Description

Eris is seeking qualified and experienced Malaysian and Indonesian offshore professionals for upcoming projects across the Middle East.

We are recruiting skilled personnel with relevant offshore experience in rigging, scaffolding, deck operations, anchor handling, control tower operations, and winch operations.

Successful candidates must hold valid, up-to-date certificates relevant to their applied positions and be prepared to work in an offshore project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
• Follow offshore safety rules, operational instructions, and applicable HSE requirements.
• Ensure that work activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and use relevant equipment in accordance with established procedures and the requirements of the position.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other project personnel to support smooth offshore operations.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and other required project activities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable procedures and valid competency requirements.

Requirements

• Malaysian or Indonesian nationality.
• Relevant experience in the position applied for.
• Valid and up-to-date certificates and qualifications relevant to the role.
• Previous offshore experience relevant to the project and position.
• Good safety awareness and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability for upcoming offshore projects in the Middle East.
