Job Description:

Select Offshore is recruiting a wide range of offshore and marine professionals who hold a UK Work Permit or British nationality for multiple upcoming projects starting from February 2026 and continuing through to the end of the year.

These roles cover deck, engine, crane, and HSE departments across offshore vessels and construction projects. Candidates must be experienced, safety-focused, and able to work in demanding offshore environments with multinational crews.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing duties according to rank and department (deck, engine, crane, or HSE)
• Supporting offshore operations, construction, lifting, and marine activities
• Ensuring compliance with vessel Safety Management System (SMS) and HSE procedures
• Operating and maintaining vessel equipment and machinery relevant to position
• Participating in drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
• Working effectively within a multinational offshore team

Requirements:

• UK Work Permit or British nationality (mandatory)
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the applied position
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Relevant offshore or vessel experience in the applied rank
• Additional role-specific certification where applicable (DP, crane, HSE, radio, etc.)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and professional work ethic
