Preferred Qualifications
DPO Positions (CO DPO, 2/O DPO, 3/O DPO)
• Valid Dynamic Positioning (DP) certification
• Offshore vessel experience preferred
• Experience on DP2 or DP3 vessels is advantageous
Master
• Offshore vessel command experience
• Valid Master's license and STCW certificates
Engineers & ETO
• Experience on offshore support vessels, construction vessels, PSV, AHTS, or similar offshore units
• Valid Certificates of Competency and technical certifications
Bosun
• Offshore deck operations experience
• Leadership experience supervising deck crew
Chief Steward
• Previous shipboard catering and housekeeping management experience
• Ability to supervise galley and accommodation staff
General Requirements
• Filipino nationality (mandatory)
• Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
• Valid STCW certificates
• Relevant Certificate of Competency (where applicable)
• Good English communication skills
• Offshore experience preferred
