Job Description:

Candina Group is currently recruiting experienced maritime professionals to join Offshore Support Vessels (OSVs) operating in Paramaribo, Suriname.

Candidates from all nationalities are welcome to apply. The successful applicants will join a professional offshore team and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of the vessels.

Positions Available:

Deck Department

• Second Officer / DPO
• Able Seaman (AB)

Engine Department

• Third Engineer
• Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
• Oiler

Catering Department

• Cook

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Carrying out all duties associated with the relevant position onboard an OSV. 
•  Supporting safe and efficient offshore vessel operations. 
•  Maintaining vessel equipment, machinery, and work areas in good operational condition. 
•  Following company SMS, HSE, and emergency procedures. 
•  Working effectively as part of a multinational crew. 
•  Maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and operational efficiency. 

Requirements:

•  Relevant offshore/OSV experience in the applied position. 
•  Appropriate CoC/COP and competency certificates for the position, where applicable. 
•  Valid STCW certificates. 
•  Valid medical fitness certificate. 
•  Valid passport and seafarer documentation. 
•  Good English communication skills. 
•  Ability to work effectively in an international offshore environment.

Additional Requirements by Position:

• Second Officer / DPO: Valid OOW certification and appropriate DP qualification. 
• Third Engineer: Valid Engineer CoC appropriate to rank. 
• ETO: Valid ETO CoC and relevant electrical/electronic qualifications. 
• AB: Valid AB certification/COP and relevant deck experience. 
• Oiler: Valid engine-room rating certification/COP. 
• Cook: Relevant Ship's Cook qualification and catering experience.
