Job Description:
Atlas Nextwave is currently seeking experienced maritime professionals for an offshore cable lay project starting in France and continuing in the United Kingdom. The project involves subsea cable installation operations, requiring close coordination between deck, engine, and technical departments.
This is a short-term offshore assignment with an estimated duration of 5–6 weeks. Preference will be given to candidates holding a valid UK work permit due to the project’s operational area.

• Third Engineer – 28 April
• Fourth Engineer – 28 April, 27 May
• ETO Assistant – 27 May

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supporting cable laying and subsea installation operations
• Performing assigned deck, engine, or technical duties according to rank
• Ensuring safe crane and lifting operations (for Crane Operator)
• Maintaining machinery and electrical systems (for engineering crew)
• Complying with offshore safety standards and project procedures

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• European residence
• Valid BOSIET and GWO Sea Survival certifications
• UK work permit (preferred)
• Previous experience on offshore or cable lay vessels preferred
