Job Description

We are currently recruiting qualified and motivated maritime professionals to join modern Dredging Vessels operating in Europe and Southeast Asia.

Successful candidates will be involved in dredging operations, navigation, deck and engine maintenance, welding and fabrication works, electrical systems support, and catering services. All duties must be carried out in full compliance with company procedures, STCW requirements, international maritime regulations, and offshore safety standards.

These opportunities are ideal for candidates with previous dredging experience or strong interest in dredging operations, who are adaptable to a European crew environment and able to perform effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting dredging and marine operations
• Assisting with vessel navigation and watchkeeping
• Supervising and performing deck maintenance and mooring operations
• Operating and maintaining dredging equipment and auxiliary systems
• Conducting mechanical repairs, welding, and fabrication works
• Maintaining electrical and automation systems (ETO)
• Supporting engine room operations and routine maintenance
• Preparing meals and maintaining hygiene standards (Catering crew)
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, ISM Code, and company procedures
• Maintaining effective communication within a multinational crew

Requirements

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• All certificates and travel documents must be up to date
• Experience or strong interest in dredging vessels
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a European crew environment
• Loyal, committed, and highly motivated personality
• Maximum 45 years old
