Aavishka Shipping Management is currently recruiting experienced offshore professionals to join its fleet of Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUB / Liftboats) operating under the Saudi Aramco Offshore Project.
The company is seeking highly qualified marine officers, engineers, technical personnel, deck ratings, and offshore specialists with previous SPJUB or Liftboat experience. Successful candidates will support offshore drilling, maintenance, construction, and lifting operations while maintaining full compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements, international maritime regulations, and company HSE standards.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on rank, duties may include:
Perform duties according to assigned position and company procedures.
Support safe offshore marine, drilling, lifting, and maintenance operations.
Operate and maintain navigational, propulsion, electrical, mechanical, and lifting systems.
Participate in cargo handling, jacking operations, offshore support, and construction activities.
Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, Saudi Aramco requirements, and company HSE procedures.
Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Work effectively within a multinational offshore team.
Requirements
General Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the applied rank onboard Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges (SPJUB) or Liftboats.
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Valid Certificate of Competency (where applicable).
Officers must hold a valid Marlins English Test issued by an approved Marlins testing center.
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate.
All certificates and documents must remain valid for 12–14 months.
Candidates must not hold a valid Saudi Arabia Iqama (residency visa).
Good English communication skills.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
Physically and medically fit for offshore service.
Position-Specific Requirements
AB: National Certificate of Proficiency (COP) required.
Mechanic / Motorman: National Certificate of Proficiency (COP) required.
Crane Operator: Valid AB COP and Stage-3 Crane Operator Certificate required.
