REQUIREMENTS

• Valid STCW documents in accordance with rank
• Offshore experience (AHTS / PSV / MPSV / Construction / Accommodation — depending on vessel type)
• Valid OPITO-approved certificates (e.g., BOSIET/FOET, HUET) — if required by position
• DPO certificate (for relevant deck officers)
• English language proficiency suitable for offshore operations
• Strong understanding of safety culture (Permit to Work, Toolbox Talks, JSA, Risk Assessments)
• Medical certificate compliant with MLC / ILO / Offshore standards
• Proven ability to work in a highly technical and multinational offshore environment
• Clean record for audits, client inspections, and HSE compliance
