Hiring for Dredging Vessels (Worldwide)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring qualified and experienced seafarers for Dredging Vessels operating on worldwide projects. Our client operates a modern fleet of trailing suction hopper dredgers (TSHD), cutter suction dredgers (CSD), and other dredging units. Candidates must hold valid documentation and have proven experience on dredging vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Master / Chief Officer / 2nd Officer / 3rd Officer:

· Safe navigation, dredging operations, and vessel management
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and client HSEQ requirements

Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer / 3rd Engineer:

· Management of engine room operations, maintenance, and repair of propulsion, auxiliary, and dredging machinery

ETO:

· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and electronic systems

Bosun / Able Seaman / Deckhand / Skipper / AB/Cook:

· Deck operations, mooring, dredging support, and routine maintenance
· Small boat operations (Skipper)
· Combined AB and cooking duties (AB/Cook)

Mechanic / Welder / Oiler / Motorman / Wiper:

· Mechanical maintenance, welding, lubrication, and engine room support

Chief Cook / Steward:

· Meal preparation, food stock management, hygiene compliance, and catering support

General Requirements (all positions):

· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or offshore equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience on dredging vessels (TSHD, CSD, etc.) in a similar position
· Nationality requirement: Open to all nationalities
