We are looking for experienced and qualified crew members to join our dredging fleet operating across various European coastal projects.
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting dredging, marine excavation, and coastal development operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible performance at all times.
This opportunity is ideal for seafarers and technicians seeking stable, long-term assignments in an international offshore environment.
• Operate and maintain dredging and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Execute dredging, excavation, and reclamation operations as per project scope.
• Maintain deck and engine room machinery according to company standards.
• Follow safety and environmental procedures under international maritime regulations.
• Support mooring, anchoring, and navigation activities.
• Report to vessel management and assist in documentation and daily operations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience on Dredgers or Marine Construction vessels.
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates and Seafarer’s Medical Certificate.
• COC/COE relevant to the rank applied for.
• Experience in dredging or coastal projects in Europe is an advantage.
• Good command of English communication.
• Must be physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Contract Duration: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off (or project-based rotation)
