Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Master / Chief Officer:
· Safe navigation, vessel operations, and passenger transfer duties in support of offshore installations
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and client HSEQ requirements
Chief Engineer / Third Engineer:
· Management of engine room operations, maintenance, and repair of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
Oiler / Able Seaman (AB):
· Engine room watchkeeping, lubrication, and maintenance of mechanical equipment (Oiler)
· Deck watchkeeping, mooring operations, and routine maintenance (AB)
Cook:
· Meal preparation, food stock management, hygiene compliance, and catering support

Eligibility Criteria (all positions):
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on crew boats – mandatory
· Valid certification as per STCW and MLC 2006 regulations
· Possession of valid passport, seaman's book, and medical fitness certificate
· Certificates of Competency (COC) duly issued and verified by respective maritime authority
· ADNOC approval or prior ADNOC experience – preferred
· OPITO certifications – considered an added advantage
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
