Job Description:

PT Setya Dharma Maritim Manajemen is urgently recruiting an Indonesian full set crew for a Floating Crane Vessel operating on a crane project in Guinea, West Africa.

The company is looking for experienced maritime professionals who have previous experience working onboard Floating Crane Vessels. Candidates with previous African experience are preferred.

The crew will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, crane operations, cargo handling, deck activities, marine operations, engine-room operations, maintenance, and onboard support services.

Mobilization is planned for the end of October 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Safely operate and maintain the Floating Crane Vessel and associated marine equipment.
• Conduct crane lifting, cargo handling, rigging, slinging, and deck operations safely and efficiently.
• Support vessel navigation, mooring, anchoring, cargo operations, and offshore marine activities.
• Maintain main engines, auxiliary machinery, electrical systems, deck equipment, and crane-related machinery as applicable.
• Follow company HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems, emergency procedures, and applicable maritime regulations.

Requirements:

• Indonesian nationality.
• Previous Floating Crane Vessel experience is required.
• Previous experience in Africa is required/preferred.
• Maximum age: 50 years old.
• Good English communication skills.
• All required maritime documents must be valid until 2028.
• Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Valid Seaman’s Book.
• Valid professional certificates and licenses required for the assigned rank.
• Relevant crane, rigging, lifting, or technical certificates where applicable.
• Candidates must meet all company and project requirements.
