Location: Dubai, UAE
We are currently recruiting experienced marine professionals to join a Crew Boat operating in Dubai. This opportunity offers a 2-year residence visa with a back-to-back rotation of 3 months on / 3 months off.
Successful candidates will be responsible for vessel navigation, engine room operations, electrical systems, crane and deck operations, and catering services, all carried out in compliance with company procedures, UAE maritime regulations, and international safety standards.
Mandatory requirement: All candidates must have previous experience working with Caterpillar C32 engines.
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and watchkeeping during crew boat operations
• Operation and maintenance of Caterpillar C32 engines and auxiliaries
• Engine room monitoring, planned maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Electrical system operation and fault finding (ETO / Electrician)
• Safe crane and deck operations during transfers and cargo handling
• Compliance with HSE policies, ISM Code, and company procedures
• Catering services, meal preparation, and hygiene standards (Cook / Steward)
• Effective communication and teamwork onboard
• Proven experience on Crew Boats
• Mandatory experience with Caterpillar C32 engines
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the applied position
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Good command of English
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a multicultural crew
