Helder Maritiem is continuously seeking experienced crew with strong workboat backgrounds for upcoming projects. We are looking for professionals across multiple ranks and departments who can contribute to safe and efficient vessel operations. Candidates must hold valid STCW certification and relevant offshore/workboat experience.

• Perform assigned duties according to rank and department
• Ensure safe operations in line with company and international standards
• Support vessel maneuvering, maintenance, and offshore activities
• Promote teamwork and compliance with safety regulations
