Job Description
A leading offshore construction company is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals for an upcoming long-term offshore project in India.
Mobilization is scheduled to begin after the monsoon season (September). Selected candidates will support offshore construction, heavy lifting, mechanical and electrical maintenance, crane and winch operations, rigging, scaffolding, and project execution while ensuring compliance with international offshore safety standards.
The project is open to all nationalities.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe offshore construction and installation activities
- Operate cranes, tower systems, tensioners, and A&R winches
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
- Supervise and execute rigging and lifting operations
- Erect, inspect, and maintain scaffolding systems
- Follow project procedures and HSE regulations
- Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork throughout the project
Requirements
- Open to all nationalities
- Relevant qualifications and certifications for the applied position
- Previous offshore construction or offshore project experience preferred
- Valid offshore safety certificates applicable to the role
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Ability to complete mobilization documentation before the September project start
