Job Description

A maritime company is seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals to join its crew aboard Floating Crane Vessels operating in the USA.

The selected candidates will support vessel navigation, crane and lifting operations, deck maintenance, mechanical repairs, rigging, welding, and marine construction activities. Candidates should have relevant vessel or marine construction experience and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Previous experience aboard tugboats, floating crane vessels, or marine construction vessels is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supporting safe vessel navigation and marine operations.
• Conducting crane operations, lifting activities, and related tasks.
• Performing deck maintenance, mooring operations, and general deck duties.
• Supporting rigging, welding, mechanical repairs, and marine construction work.
• Maintaining engine-room machinery and electrical systems, where applicable.
• Following HSE requirements, maritime regulations, and onboard safety procedures.
• Maintaining operational readiness and cooperating effectively with the vessel's crew.

Requirements

• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
• Valid seafarer documentation, including a Seaman's Book where applicable.
• Relevant Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer positions.
• Valid passport and medical fitness certificate.
• Previous experience aboard tugboats, floating crane vessels, or marine construction vessels preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge, operational skills, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in crane operations, lifting, rigging, welding, or marine maintenance is an advantage for relevant positions.
