Job Description
PT Setya Dharma Maritim Manajemen (SDMM) is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers for deployment on a prestigious Floating Crane Project in Guinea, West Africa.
Successful candidates will be responsible for vessel operations, navigation, engineering maintenance, crane operations, deck activities, cargo handling, heavy equipment operation, and onboard catering services while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety and operational standards.
This opportunity is ideal for maritime professionals with offshore, floating crane, or marine construction experience who are ready for international assignments.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe floating crane and marine construction operations
- Perform navigation and watchkeeping duties
- Maintain engine room machinery and vessel equipment
- Conduct deck maintenance, mooring, and cargo handling activities
- Operate cranes and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Support lifting, loading, and marine construction projects
- Prepare and serve meals while maintaining galley hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and maritime regulations
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures
- Maintain operational readiness and teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Previous floating crane, offshore, or marine construction experience preferred
- West Africa experience preferred
- Valid medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Maximum age: 45 years
- All certificates and documents must remain valid for a minimum of 18 months
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Physically and medically fit for duty
- Available to join in mid-July 2026
