Job Description
A maritime recruitment company is currently seeking qualified Indonesian seafarers for deployment onboard DSV, AHTS Non-DP Vessels operating internationally.
Successful candidates will support navigation, offshore operations, engine room management, cargo handling, maintenance activities, catering services, and vessel safety while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company operational standards.
This opportunity is exclusively open to Indonesian seafarers with proven experience in the same rank and vessel type.

Job Responsibilities
Deck Department
- Conduct navigational watchkeeping duties
- Support cargo and deck operations
- Perform mooring and anchoring activities
- Carry out deck maintenance and preservation work
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety procedures
Engine Department
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
- Support engine room operations
- Maintain engineering records and reports
Offshore Operations
- Operate cranes and lifting equipment safely
- Support offshore cargo handling activities
- Follow lifting plans and safety procedures
Catering Department
- Prepare meals for officers and crew
- Maintain galley hygiene and food safety standards
- Manage food stores and provisions
Requirements
General Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 3–4 contracts in the same rank and vessel type
- Valid BST (MSC 560 latest version)
- Complete and valid maritime documentation package
- Valid Passport
- Valid Seaman Book
- Valid Medical Certificate
- BOSIET Certificate (where applicable)
- All documents must remain valid for at least 18 months
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Officer Requirements
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) appropriate to rank
- Previous experience in the same rank and vessel type
Engineering Requirements
- Valid engineering licenses and endorsements
- Relevant vessel experience required
