Job Description:
Augustea Ship Manning Philippines Inc. is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced maritime professionals to join a Dredger vessel.
Candidates with proven Dredger vessel experience are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants must hold valid certificates and qualifications relevant to their position and be ready to comply with company and vessel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing all duties related to the assigned position safely and efficiently onboard a dredger vessel.
- Operating, maintaining, and monitoring vessel machinery, equipment, and systems as applicable to the position.
- Following company procedures, vessel operational standards, and safety requirements.
- Supporting deck, engine, and dredging operations according to the assigned role.
- Maintaining good housekeeping, teamwork, and safe working practices onboard.
Requirements:
- Previous Dredger vessel experience is required.
- Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid COC/COP and relevant endorsements, where applicable.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book.
- Good English communication skills.
- Relevant experience in the same or similar rank.
- Strong knowledge of onboard safety procedures and company regulations.
- Candidates must be physically fit and ready to work in an offshore/marine environment.
