Job Description:

PT Maritime Manning Nusantara is urgently recruiting qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers for operations involving Tugboats and Floating Cranes in Liberia.

The company is seeking candidates for Deck and Engine Department positions. Applicants must hold the required maritime certificates for their respective ranks, meet the medical fitness requirements, and be ready to join for Liberia operations.

Open Positions & Salaries:

Deck Department

• Second Officer (2/O) — USD 2,700 per month
• Able Seafarer (AB) — USD 1,100 per month
• Ordinary Seafarer (OS) — USD 850 per month

Engine Department

• Third Engineer (3/E) — USD 2,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Performing navigational and watchkeeping duties according to the assigned rank.
• Supporting tugboat operations and floating crane activities in accordance with vessel procedures.
• Carrying out engine room duties, machinery inspections, and routine maintenance, where applicable.
• Following onboard safety procedures and complying with applicable maritime regulations.
• Maintaining effective communication with the crew to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.

Requirements:

• Valid seafarer certificates in accordance with STCW requirements.
• Second Officer (2/O): Class III Management Certificate.
• Third Engineer (3/E): Class III Management Certificate.
• Able Seafarer (AB): Rating Deck Certificate.
• Ordinary Seafarer (OS): Rating Deck Certificate.
• Valid seafarer medical fitness certificate (MCU) in accordance with ILO standards.
• Valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Availability and readiness to join for Liberia operations.
• Other valid maritime documents required for the assigned rank.
