Key Responsibilities:
As per project requirements, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Role Key Responsibilities
Seaman / Lead Deckhand- deck operations, line handling, mooring support, and equipment maintenance; leadership of deck crew
Diver - Underwater inspection, repair, and construction activities as per project scope
Mechanical Fitter / Oiler - Mechanical maintenance, fitting, lubrication, and repair of marine and offshore equipment
Marine Fabricator - Metal fabrication, welding, and structural repairs for marine components
Marine Electrician - Electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of marine systems
Marine Maintenance Foreman - Supervision of maintenance teams, planning, and coordination of repair activities
Marine Rigging Foreman - Supervision of rigging and lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards
Dredge Operator / Dredge Master - Operation and supervision of dredging equipment and dredging operations
Skipper / Master (Captain) - Command of vessels, safe navigation, crew management, and compliance with maritime regulations

Requirements:
Role Key Requirements
Seaman / Lead Deckhand Valid STCW, offshore medical, relevant deck experience
Diver Valid commercial diving certification, offshore medical
Mechanical Fitter / Oiler Mechanical trade certification, offshore experience
Marine Fabricator Welding/fabrication certification, marine experience
Marine Electrician Electrical trade certification, marine experience
Marine Maintenance Foreman Supervisory experience, mechanical/electrical background
Marine Rigging Foreman Rigging certification, supervisory experience
Dredge Operator / Dredge Master Dredging experience, relevant operator certifications
Skipper / Master (Captain) Valid Master COC, command experience on marine vessels
General Requirements (all positions):
· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid Medical Certificate (offshore / ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
