Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Riggers:

· Rigging and lifting operations in support of offshore activities
· Inspection and maintenance of rigging gear and equipment

Deck Foremen:

· Supervision of deck crew and coordination of lifting and deck operations
· Ensuring compliance with all safety management systems and HSEQ requirements

Welders / AB Welders:

· Welding and fabrication tasks for maintenance and repair of structures and equipment
· Combined deck duties (for AB Welders)

Crane Operators:

· Safe operation of cranes for cargo handling and equipment transfers

Scaffolders:

· Erection and dismantling of scaffolding for offshore maintenance and construction

Equipment Operators:

· Operation of specialized offshore equipment and machinery

Lifting Supervisors:

· Supervision and coordination of all lifting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations

General Requirements (all positions):

· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid offshore medical certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
· Valid BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS (for offshore roles)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience in a similar role on offshore projects, drilling rigs, or construction vessels
· Crane Operators: Valid Crane Operator Stage 3 certificate required
· Lifting Supervisors: Valid Lifting Supervisor certification required
· Availability: Available for upcoming offshore projects
