General Requirements:

Proven offshore or maritime experience relevant to rank and vessel type.
Valid travel documents and ability to join on short notice.
Preferably holding valid Offshore Training Certificates (BOSIET with CA-EBS / HUET with CA-EBS).
Strong work ethic, safety awareness, and ability to operate in a high-demand offshore environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
