Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced Barge Crew to join an offshore construction project in the UAE on a permanent basis.
The project involves large-scale offshore operations requiring seasoned professionals with strong barge and heavy-lift experience.

Available Positions:

•        Barge Superintendent

•        Barge Foreman

•        Anchor Foreman

•        AB

•        Derrick Crane Operator (Must have over 1000-ton experience with a valid DNV Certificate)

Key Responsibilities:

As per offshore standards, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
 • Supervising and coordinating barge operations and anchor handling activities
 • Ensuring safe lifting, rigging, and heavy-equipment operations
 • Overseeing personnel safety and compliance with company procedures
 • Managing maintenance and operational readiness of barge systems
 • Reporting to Offshore Project Management on daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working on construction barges
• Proven experience in offshore marine or heavy-lift operations
• Valid offshore certificates (e.g., BOSIET/OPITO, Seafarer’s Medical)
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Relevant competency certificates (e.g., DNV, Crane Operator License)
