CREW REQUIREMENT – CMSB CREWS

Location: Malaysia 

Job Description:
Centus Marine Sdn Bhd is looking for qualified, disciplined and detail-oriented candidates to join their crew team for crew boats / utility vessels. Candidates should have relevant vessel experience and meet the required STCW, medical and offshore safety certification requirements.

The requirement is for experienced maritime crew with a minimum of 2 years of experience on crew boats or utility vessels. Candidates from Malaysia and Indonesia are eligible, with Sarawakians given priority.

Positions Available:

• Master – Less than 500 GT NC
• Officer – 500 GT or more
• Chief Engineer
• 2nd Engineer – 750 kW or more
• Watchkeeping Deck Officer
• Able Seafarer Deck
• Able Seafarer Engine

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Performing assigned deck, engine-room and watchkeeping duties safely and efficiently.
• Supporting the safe operation and navigation of crew boats / utility vessels.
• Operating and maintaining vessel machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
• Carrying out routine maintenance, inspections and safety checks.
• Complying with onboard HSE requirements, company policies and maritime regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with crew boats / utility vessels.
• Valid Petronas Medical certificate.
• Valid BOSIET certificate.
• Relevant certification and qualification for the applied position.
• Nationality: Malaysia / Indonesia.
• Priority: Sarawakian candidates.
• Candidates must be available for ASAP joining.
